Refund and Returns Policy

Before placing your order, please read our policy carefully to understand the return and exchange process. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service.

NOTE: This only applies when purchased directly via SUNNY SHOWER WEBSITE. Any issues or after-sales help for the items bought via EBAY, AMAZON or any 3rd Party Market Place will not be dealt via procedures mentioned below.

1. Refund Policy

30 Days Money Back Guarantee

    We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: From the date you receive the product, within 30 days, if you are not satisfied and the product is unopened, you can contact us to initiate the return process and receive a refund.

    For the specific return and refund process, please refer to 3. Return and Refund Process in this article.

    NOTE: For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if products have been opened, worn, or used. 

    Refunds Time

      Refunds are typically credited back to your account within 3-10 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 3-10 business days.

      Delayed or Lost Refunds

        If you haven’t received your refund
        • Please check your bank account again first.

        • Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.

        • Next contact your bank. It usually takes three days to process before a refund is issued.

          2. Returns Policy

          • Non-Product Quality Related Orders: Customers need to pay the relevant return logistics and warehousing fees: $100

          • Product quality related orders: Please contact us, we will reissue you a new product or handle the return and refund process for you based on the actual situation (logistics costs are borne by us)

            NOTE: We do not provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.

            NOTE: If you’re returning a more expensive item, you might consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

            3. Return and Refund Process

            Customer Reasons (wrong purchase or dislike of product):

            • Contact customer service: Please contact us via email to explain your reason for return and the specific situation.

            • Negotiated return application: After reaching an agreement, we will confirm your order status:

            1. Order not shipped: We will cancel the order and process a refund.

            2. Order shipped: Wait for the goods to be delivered before returning and refunding. Customers need to pay the relevant return logistics and warehousing fees: $100

            • Synchronize refund amount: After the customer confirms that the return is required, we will synchronize the refund amount after the customer deducts the relevant fees. After both parties confirm that the amount is correct, we will synchronize the customer's return logistics label by email

            • Shipping notification: When the goods are sent back to our warehouse, please notify us by email, and we will track the location of the goods according to the logistics information

            • Refund processing: After the goods arrive at the warehouse, we will check the goods and process the refund after confirmation

              Our reasons (product quality issues, wrong goods, out of stock, etc.):

              • Contact customer service: Please contact us via email to explain the reason and specific circumstances of the return.

              • Negotiated return: After reaching an agreement, we will provide a logistics label to facilitate you to send the goods back to our warehouse.

              • Shipment notification: After using our label, please notify us by email when the goods are sent back to our warehouse.

              • Refund processing: After the goods arrive, we will inspect them and handle the refund procedures.

              4. Handling of wrong ordered products

              Wrong products ordered

              If you change your mind or find that you ordered the wrong product, please contact our customer service at service@sunnyshowerusainc.com.

              • If your product has not been shipped yet, we will change or cancel your order.

              • If your product has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to make changes.

              Wrong product received

              What if you ordered the wrong product and it has been shipped? Or, what if the wrong product was sent to you? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and we will be happy to guide you through the return process.

              • Wrong product ordered and shipped: Please contact us for return and refund service (the specific return and refund process can be referred to in this article 3. Return and refund process: Customer reasons (buying the wrong product or not liking the product)).

              • Wrong product sent to you: Please contact us and we can arrange to resend the correct product and return the wrong product to the warehouse (the relevant logistics costs will be borne by us)

                      5. Handling of products not received or damaged

                      Product Not Received

                        If your product was not delivered at all or lost, pls contact our Customer Care service@sunnyshowerusainc.com, we will investigate the matter with the logistics carrier, we will resend you new products or handle return and exchange procedures based on the actual situation (logistics costs will be borne by us)

                        Product Damaged or Faulty

                          If you have received a damaged or faulty product, pls contact our Customer Care service@sunnyshowerusainc.com to clearly detail the issues you are having, we will refund your order at our discretion.

                          1. We need you to return the faulty product and any accessories that came with it, with their original packaging.

                          2. Once your return has been received and reviewed, We will deal with your problem as soon as possible.

                          NOTE: We do not provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.

                          NOTE: Refund amount will be subject to how we received goods back and we will deduct fees for any damaged item returned or any used items which have been returned.

                          6. We will not be able to accept a return and issue a refund if:

                          • The item has been used and the quality is intact

                          • The product is missing parts which it originally shipped with

                          • We have not been notified within 30 days from date you received delivery.

                            7. Exchanges

                            We do not provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.
