Billing Term & Conditions

At Sunny Shower Inc., we believe in maintaining a transparent and fair relationship with our customers. Our billing terms and conditions are designed to ensure that both the seller and the buyer are fully aware of the agreement they are entering into.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped.The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Paypal and google pay.  

Shipping Policies

  • Product Not Received

If your product was not delivered at all or lost, pls contact our Customer Care service@sunnyshowerusainc.com, we will investigate the matter with the logistics carrier, we will resend you new products or handle return and exchange procedures based on the actual situation (logistics costs will be borne by us)

  • Product Damaged or Faulty

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, pls contact our Customer Care service@sunnyshowerusainc.com to clearly detail the issues you are having, we will refund your order at our discretion.

1. We need you to return the faulty product and any accessories that came with it, with their original packaging.

2. Once your return has been received and reviewed, We will deal with your problem as soon as possible.

NOTE: We do not provide an exchange service, so items will have to be returned for a refund.

NOTE: Refund amount will be subject to how we received goods back and we will deduct fees for any damaged item returned or any used items which have been returned. More detailed information on our shipping policies is available here: shipping policy.

Return Policy

  • Incorrect Product Ordered

If you change your mind or realize you ordered an incorrect product, pls contact our Customer Care service@sunnyshowerusainc.com, we are able to make a change or cancel your order before the product is shipped from our warehouse.
If your product has been shipped already, we could not make changes anymore.

  • Incorrect Product Received

What if your incorrect order has been shipped already? Or what if there’s a mistake in the product shipped to you? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will be happy to guide you through the return process.

The wrong order has been sent: please contact us for return and refund service (we do not bear the return logistics costs).

The product shipped to you is incorrect: please contact us, we can arrange to resend the correct product and return the wrong product to the warehouse (The relevant logistics costs will be borne by us)

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Complaints

Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email: service@sunnyshowerusainc.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.

Legalities

Damaged packaging caused by improper express transportation cannot be the reason for return. Once the buyer receives the goods or services, we are not responsible for your safety issues. We will check the product quality, packaging and accessories when leaving the factory. Please read the product instructions carefully before using this product, The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use. Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner’s state.
