  • Product Warranty:

Products that qualify for the manufacturer's warranty will be covered by the warranty for that particular product. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a 5-year warranty on defective products for all eligible products after purchase. This means that if a manufacturing defect occurs under normal use, we will be responsible for repairs or replacements.

  • Parts Warranty:

For the parts we provide, there is a 6-month warranty period. If a part is found to be defective within this period, please contact us in time and we will handle it for you.

If the item is determined not to be defective, or the defect is deemed to be caused by damage or misuse, this will void any warranty. In this case, the item will be returned to you at your expense without refund or replacement.
